As per growing requests by students, we have facilitated the conduct of the exam online. To attempt the exam, candidates can use Mobile or Laptop or Desktop as per their choice.
Candidates are advised to read the guidelines before attempting the exam.

• The GCSET 2026 exam will be conducted in the online mode and you can appear it from your mobile, laptop or desktop.
• There will be 100 MCQ with One Correct Answer, to be attempted in 60 minutes. Candidates would be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer, however there is no negative marking for any wrong answer.
• Candidates are requested to appear at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the examination.
• Candidates can login in the examination system using their registered mobile number.
• Candidates are requested to login using laptop/desktop on the Exam Portal. Link of the Exam Portal: Visit Link
• In order to avoid any malicious activities during the exam, our experts will be continuously monitoring through cameras, sounds & browser activities. The screens are continuously being recorded during the entire exam duration.
• Read the “TRAINING” Section in your Profile before you start to appear for the exam.

UG Program
Candidates must have completed Higher Secondary School (10+2) or equivalent education, with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and/or Computer Science as core subjects, securing a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. Students appearing for their 10+2 examinations are also eligible to apply. Each candidate can attempt the GCSET exam a maximum of three times.

PG Program
Candidates must have completed their graduation in B.Sc Computer Science, IT, or a related field from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. Students in the final semester of their Bachelor’s program are also eligible to apply. Each candidate can attempt the GCSET exam a maximum of three times.

The Global Computer Science Entrance Test is a Online-based examination of 60 minutes duration.

The GCSET 2026 exam will be conducted online, and candidates can appear using a mobile, laptop or desktop.

• The exam will consist of one question paper with a total duration of 60 minutes.
• The question paper will be available in English.
• The total marks for the question paper will be 100.
• Candidates will receive 1 mark for each correct answer, and there will be, no negative marking for incorrect answers.

Candidates can download their GCSET Admit Card from the GCSET application login portal 48 hours before the scheduled exam date.
The Admit Card will include the following details of the candidate:
- Name
- GCSET Registration ID
- Roll Number for GCSET 2026
- Date of Birth
- Category
- Photograph
- Signature
- Examination Schedule
- Examination Time and Instructions

The candidates can check GCSET 2026 result online at gcset.org, Except for the online mode, GCSET authorities would not announce result by any other means. Candidates will need to use their user login and password (created during registration process) for viewing the results on the webpage.

Hard copy of the GCSET Score Card will not be available and hence, will not be sent to the qualified candidates either by post or by email.
