Filling of left-over seats in BHT/BAT Training courses - reg

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned eligible candidates that the Document Verification/Counselling for filling up of leftover reserved category seats except ST category converted into OM category in BHT/BAT training programmes shall be held on 28^th of October, 2025 at 2:00 P.M in the meeting hall of Registrar’s Office. The seats shall be filled strictly in order of merit Rank/Score in written examination conducted for the purpose.

• The candidates attending Document Verification/Counselling on the stipulated date(s) given above shall have to pay Rs 1000/- as counselling/Document verification fee in addition to normal prescribed tuition fee of Rs 10,000/-.
• The seat matrix is available on the University website www.skuastkashmir.ac.in.

The candidates shall produce the following documents in original with one set of Xerox of the same at the time of document verification/counselling:

• Matriculation certificate (DOB)
• Copies of additional qualification if any, please indicate
• Domicile certificate
• Category certificate duly issued by the competent authority
• Four (04) passport size photographs
• Printout of online application form
• Admit card issued by SKUAST-K
• Any other document please specify
