Notification regarding addressing Examination related Grievances

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the Controller of Examinations and the Deputy Controllers of Examinations, Gauhati University will address examination-related grievances every working Friday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the A.T. Seminar Hall (near PD Hall) of the University. Students must bring all relevant documents along with a forwarding letter from the concerned Principal of the Colleges or the concerned Head of the Department.

Students may also submit their grievances via email:

For postgraduate examination-related issues, write to: grievance_PG_exam@gauhati.ac.in

For undergraduate examination-related issues, write to: grievance_UG_exam@gauhati.ac.in

All emails must include supporting documents duly forwarded by the Principal or Head of the Department.

All other information issued vide Notification No. GU/Regr(SF)/Notification/Examination/2025/57 dated 28.03.2025 in this regard will remain unchanged and will be in force.
