Girls Hostel Information (FYIMP)

This is for information of all FYIMP girl students that the students who have already completed the Hostel Admission process may shift to the respective Hostels from 5.30 PM on 22-08-2025 in which they have been granted Hostel seats.

For the purpose, the students need to:

1. Meet the concerned Warden/Deputy Warden from 5.30 PM to 7:00 PM on 22-08-2025 in the Hostel premises. For shifting on any other day, the concerned Warden/Deputy Warden needs to be intimated properly.
2. They must produce a copy of both the Hostel Allotment Slip and the Hostel Admission Payment Slip.
3. They should make sure that their names are properly recorded in the Hostel Register.
4. Name of a Local guardian as authorized by the parents with working phone no, email address and postal address is mandatorily to be provided to the Warden/Deputy Warden.
5. For running of the mess, the Warden/Deputy Warden will guide the students.

All rules and regulations as applicable must be followed.
