Re-Admission Notice for Post Graduate Students 2025

It is notified for information of all concerned that the admission into the 3^rd semester classes of M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.Tech and M.LISc. Programme for the session 2025-2026 will commence as per the following mode and schedule:

1. All payment will be made online only through State Bank Collect https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/
2. Candidates need to print three (3) copies of their payment slip after making the payment – one for the student and two copies for the University to be submitted at the concerned Department.
3. The fee waiver scheme will be applicable for M.A., M.Sc., and M.Com, as per the Government of Assam office Executive order No.E-490303-2024-83 Memo No. E-490303-2024-83-A HIGHER Education Department dated 04/06/2025. However, it is important to note that students must meet the following criteria in order to qualify for the fee waiver scheme as stated in the notification:
   1. Students whose parental annual income is less than Rs. 4.00 lakh all sources will be eligible to avail this scheme.
   2. If either of the parent (mother or father) of the student is working in the state Govt./Central Govt./semi Govt./ State or Central Govt. Undertaking, such students shall not be eligible under this scheme.
   3. Scheme is only for regular students having minimum 75% of attendance in classes with no back paper in previous examination.
   4. Only those students who availed the facility of fee waiver in the 1^st semester will be eligible for fee waiver this semester also.
   5. Refer the next page of this notification for the amount of the fee that needs to be paid.

4. The Last date for payment of the re-admission fee is 19/09/2025 without fine and from 20/09/2025 to 22/09/2025 with fine of Rs.200/-
