Ph.D Provisional Registration notice

It is information of all concerned that the Ph.D Committee meeting is going to be held as per the following schedule. Scholars who are eligible for Provisional Registration are requested to submit synopsis with signature from Guide along with RAC members, coursework completion certificate/marksheet, online admission form, G.U Registration/Migration in original (in case of other University & admission payment receipt). Also those who are eligible for Final Registration are requested to submit final registration form with requisite documents as per G.U Ph.D Regulations in the office of the Academic Registrar, GU on or before 14.11.2025. No documents will be accepted after 14.11.2025 for the following scheduled meetings. Those who have completed the process, may kindly ignore.

Heads of Department and Supervisors are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting.
