FYIMP 3rd Semester Hostel Notification

After reviewing the request for more allotment of seats for FYIMP 3rd Semester students (Female), it is notified for information of the concerned students that 100 (one hundred) additional seats will be allotted to the FYIMP 3rd Semester students (Female) within the current semester in the University Campus.

Moreover, it is also notified that any 3rd Semester FYIMP student (Female) who are facing troubles at different rented accommodations may opt out and stay in the G.U. accredited Hostel at Padumbari for the time being. Those who want to stay in the said Hostel will have the following facilities:

• No signing of Agreement
• No advance payment for the entire year
• University Bus Service to and from the Hostel at the beginning of classes and at the end of classes
• Secured campus with Boundary Walls
• Per month payment at par with the other private Hostels
• Direct monitoring of the Hostel by the University
• All rules and regulations of the University will apply

• Iron Grills in the boundary of building roof and campus
• Good night (Mosquito Repellent)
• Wi-Fi (Free Internet)
• RO (Aquaguard)
• Single door Almirah for each student

• On-call One Driver & Car at 24x7 service (In Case of Emergency for Student)
• Every Floor Sanitary Service (24x7)
• Housekeeping service
• Water Supply (24x7)
• Electricity with power back up
• CCTV monitoring (24x7)
• Free Professional Security Service agency deployment (24x7)
• Timely inspection by the Owner.
• On-call Plumber/Electrician/Carpenter/Helper
• Daily Register entry and attendance facility
• Fire Extinguishers
• Playground and Parking Facility

All these facilities can be availed by interested students on payment of Rs.7,000/- (Rupees seven thousand) only per month (including all taxes).

Any indiscipline in the Hostel will be strictly dealt with by the University.

Those who need the accommodation in the accredited Hostel may apply in the office of the Secretary, University Classes (Room No. 3) on or before 18 August, 2025 so that they can be shifted within the month of August, 2025.
