Notice for B.Ed Admission 2025

Step to followed by candidates to fill up examination form

Log in to your account through https://gauhati.samarth.edu.in/
Click on the "Examination Registration" from the left hand panel after login
Click on "Click here for Examination Form"
Select your PWD status (if not belonging to PWD, select not applicable from drop down menu)
Verify all courses which are listed. Courses will be available for those candidates only who had completed the course Registration process successfully.
Those who did not complete course registration must not proceed further to pay the Examination Fees.
Then click on submit button.
After this select the payment option as "Razorpay"
Pay the requisite amount shown.

In continuation to the earlier notification issued vide Endst. No. IGU/Acad./2025/3862- 3890 dated 07.11.2025, wherein the revised schedule of Phase-II admissions for B.Ed., B.Ed. (Special Education), B.EL.Ed., and M.Ed. programmes, the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor is pleased to approve the following extensions for the session 2025-26:

The last date for updating the list of admitted students on the University portal is hereby extended up to 20.11.2025 (11:59 PM).
The last date for submission of merit lists of all applicants for physical counseling, along with the list of admitted candidates and the registration/counseling fees received from the candidates in the shape of University Cash Receipt or Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur-Rewari to the R&S Branch, is now extended up to 21.11.2025 (05:00 PM). A late fee of Rs. 1,000/- will be applicable for candidates whose names are updated after 14.11.2025.
The last date for reporting of candidates in the respective colleges and fee submission shall remain unchanged.
No further extension shall be granted under any circumstances.
