Admission to MBA Programmes for the academic session 2025-2026
[Notice for Reserved Category applicants]

In continuation of the earlier notification (Ref. No. Sec/FC(PG)/MBA/2025-26/DP-1354 dated 5th August, 2025), it is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that pursuant to the interim order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (C) No. 17422/2025, staying the operation of the judgement passed by the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta on 17th June, 2025, the University of Kalyani has decided to allow applicants to edit and update their reservation category details as per the following:

• The edit window for the reservation category field will remain open from 12th August, 2025 (10:00 A.M.) to 13th August, 2025 (11:59 P.M.).
• The facility is applicable only to applicants of the MBA Programme for the academic session 2025-26.
• Applicants who have already submitted their application forms are advised to log in to the admission portal within the above time frame and verify or correct the entry under the reservation category, if required.

The admission process for the MBA programme will now proceed as per the revised schedule. The date of application is hereby extended from 14/08/2025 to 19/08/2025.

Please note that:
Admissions are provisional and the same are subject to the outcome of the final result of the SLP being No. 17422/2025 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
