Physical Counseling
The vacant seats (if any) will be filled up by the Govt. Aided/ SFS Colleges as per following schedule by adopting proper procedure as laid down in section 3 of the prospectus. For this counseling, the candidates have to apply afresh and required to deposit fee of Rs. 2,000/- to the Principal of the College concerned.

The concerned College will be held responsible for the lapses/litigation arises in future, if proper procedure is not followed in the admissions during the physical counseling.
The list of all admitted candidates must be submitted by all the Education College(s)/Institute(s) to the Colleges Branch, M.D.University, Rohtak through e-mail as well as hard copy of the same alongwith requisite fee and proof of the e-mail by hand upto the prescribed date in the admission schedule. Non-submisison of such list would be considered that the College/Institute has no admission in the concerned Program/Course and after this no request(s)/list of student(s) would be entertained in this regard.
Eligibility Conditions
Eligibility conditions for Admission to B.Ed./B.Ed. Spl. Education Two-Years Regular Program as per NCTE/RCI Norms is as under:
Candidates with at least 50% marks (47.5% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled Candidates of Haryana only) either in the Bachelor Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanity, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks (52.25% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled Candidates of Haryana only) or any other qualification equivalent thereto*, are eligible for admission to the programs.

BBA/MBA with 50% Marks (47.5% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled candidates of Haryana Only) and BCA/MCA with 55% marks (52.25% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled candidates of Haryana Only).

Note:
  • Reduction/relaxation of 5% marks in the eligibility conditions in all the programs shall be granted to the Scheduled Caste candidates. This percentage shall be calculated as per the example given below:
    - Out of 100 marks needs to less = (5/100) x 100 = 5
    - Out of 50 marks needs to less = (5/100) x 50 = 2.50
    This way minimum mark where general category candidates are required to have 50% in a prescribed qualification, the total required marks for a SC category candidate will be 50 - 2.50 = 47.50 and not 45.
  • There shall be no rounding off of percentage of marks of the qualifying examination from 0.5% and above to next higher number for determining the eligibility i.e. 49.5% and above will not be rounded off to 50%.
  • In case a candidate has passed the Master Degree Examination in addition to Bachelor Degree, the higher percentage of marks obtained in either of the two will be taken into consideration while preparing the merit list for admission to B.Ed. Programs.
  • The candidate(s) with re-appear(s) in the qualifying exam shall not be allowed admissions.
  • Cutoff date for eligibility will be the last date/time of online choice filling.
  • One year PG diploma in any subject will not be considered equivalent to Master's Degree.
Fee Structure (Per Annum)
For B.Ed. Program (including Special Education):
  • Govt. Aided Colleges of Education - Rs. 12,000/-
  • Self-Financing College of Education - Rs. 44,000/-
Note: The above fee I subject to revision by State Admission & Fee Committee, Haryana.

In addition to the above fee, other annual charges will be as applicable as prescribed by the university from time to time. The annual charges are as under:

List of Documents to be uploaded for admission
  • Matriculation Certificate (as proof of age).
  • Senior Secondary Examination Certificate.
  • Detailed Marks Card (DMC) of the qualifying examination.
  • Character Certificate from the institute last attended.
  • Certificate of Reserved Category and other related certificates, if applicable, as mentioned in the Prospectus.
  • Latest income certificate issued on or after 01.04.2025, if applicable.
  • Haryana resident certificate, if applicable.
  • Undertaking regarding Gap Year, if applicable, as per format in Appendix-T (Prospectus).
  • Parivar Pahchan Patra issued by the State Govt. of Haryana (if available).
Note:
  • The admission process is completely online (upto seat allotment). Hence, the online Application Form for admission must be filled carefully.
