1st Merit list for PG Admission 2025
Notification
University notification reference number Adm/1134 dated 08.08.2025 regarding the first merit list of the postgraduate course (regular), session 2025–27, was scheduled to be made available on the university website on 09.08.2025. However, due to technical issues, this could not be done. The previous notification is hereby canceled. Now, this merit list is being uploaded on the university website today, dated 11.08.2025. Counseling/Admission of selected candidates in the merit list will take place in the respective departments on 13, 14, and 18 August 2025.
Candidates whose names appear in the merit list can check it on the university website at www.pup.ac.in by logging in with their login ID and password.
- Pay the admission fee as mentioned in the allotment letter.
- After fee payment, download the allotment letter, payment slip, and application form.
- Along with the above three documents (allotment letter, payment slip, application form), bring four passport-sized photos, all original certificates (also carry one photocopy of each certificate), and appear in the department mentioned in the allotment letter on time for admission.
The second merit list will be issued on 23.08.2025, and admissions will be held on 25, 26, and 27 August 2025.
- Heads of all postgraduate departments/institutes should send the validation done by their representatives to Prof. Rajneesh Kumar, Admission Incharge, at the Dean's office in the afternoon.
- A link for validation will be sent to the Head/Director of departments for counseling/admission. After validation, the letter of “provisionally admitted” will be obtained from the department/institute at the same time.
