Admission to B.A. LL.B (5 Years)/LL.B (3 Years) for the Academic Year 2025-26

Online Applications are invited for Admission in B.A.LL.B (5-year) & LL.B (3-year) courses in different Colleges of the Patliputra University, Patna starting from 07th August 2025.

The First Year B.Ed. Admission Scheduled for the Academic Year 2025-26 has been fixed as follows:

• Fee for online application in B.A.LL.B (5-year) & LL.B (3-year) Courses have to be paid online. The application fee is as follows:
  - For General, BC-I and BC-II students = Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees One thousand Five hundred only)
  - For SC and ST students = Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only)
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • B.A.LL.B (5-year course): Must have passed the Intermediate/+2 examination from recognized Board with minimum marks obtained for:
    - General category students is: 45%
    - OBC category students is: 42%
    - SC & ST category students is: 40%
  • LL.B (3-year course): Must have passed the undergraduate examination in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum marks obtained for:
    - General category students is: 45%
    - OBC category students is: 42%
    - SC & ST category students is: 40%
• Reservation Rules: As per Reservation rules of Government of Bihar.
• Selection Criteria:
  The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained as mentioned in clause (B), choice of college, and reservation category of students.
• If a candidate mentions his/her caste category/marks obtained wrongly, his/her application form will be rejected without refund of the application fee.
