UG Document Verification Notice 2025

Physical verification of documents of the newly admitted candidates under Phase-I CAP will be done on 25/08/2025 to 27/08/2025 from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on all days at the respective departments.

The candidates are required to bring the documents mentioned below:

Original documents to be produced (for verification):

• System generated provisional admission certificate
• 10+2 level mark sheet
• 10 level mark sheet
• Age proof certificate (admit card, birth certificate, etc.)
• SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable
• PwD certificate, if applicable
• EWS certificate, if applicable
• Aadhar and ABC ID, if applicable
• Registration certificate, if applicable
• Migration certificate, if applicable

Self-attested photocopies of documents to be submitted:

• System generated provisional admission certificate
• 10+2 level mark sheet
• 10 level mark sheet
• Age proof certificate (admit card, birth certificate, etc.)
• SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable
• PwD certificate, if applicable
• EWS certificate, if applicable
• Aadhar and ABC ID, if applicable
• Registration certificate, if applicable
• Migration certificate, if applicable

The candidates are also required to fill up the anti-ragging declaration during the physical verification of documents process (A smart phone with internet connectivity is required). The respective departmental faculties will help them to fill it up.
