Document Verification for newly Admitted to B.Sc (Hons) 2025

This is to inform all newly admitted B.Sc (Hons) students to complete the document verification between July 1 to July 4,2025 from 10.00 AM onwards as per the schedule enclosed herewith. Students must report by 9.30 am at 11 Lower Rawdon Street, Kolkata 700020.

For this, students must "personally" visit the college with the required documentation in original along with one self-attested photocopy of each and photographs as mentioned below:

Proof of birth date
Aadhar certificate
Domicile certifi cate, if applicable
Certificate for reserved status, if applicable
Class X passing certificate
Class X mark sheet
Class XII passing certificate
Class XII mark sheet
Supporting document for honours/awards received (as mentioned in the admission form)
Notarized attendance undertaking as mentioned in the merit list
16 nos. passport sized (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) coloured photographs (not in school uniform)

Apart from the above, the following will also be collected:

Alumni membership fee of Rs. 5,000/- through a cheque in favour of 'J.D. Birla Institute Alumni Trust
Anti-ragging form & Anti-bullying form
Student &Parent/guardian details
Measurement will be taken for college T-Shirt
Fee Book will be handed over

Admission will continue to be provisional until this process is completed within the declared time frame.
