Documents Verification Schedule for B.Com (Hons) 2025

This is to inform the newly admitted B.Com (Hons) students to complete the document verification between July 16 to July 18, 2025 from 11.00 AM onwards as per the schedule enclosed herewith. Students must report by 10.30 am at 11 Lower Rawdon Street, Kolkata 700020.

For this, students must "personally" visit the college with the required documentation in original along with one self-attested photocopy of each and photographs as mentioned below:

Proof of birth date
Aadhar certificate
Domicile certificate, if applicable
Certificate for reserved status, if applicable
Class X passing certificate
C1ass X mark sheet
Class XII passing certificate
Class XII mark sheet
Supporting document for honours/awards received (as mentioned in the admission form)
Notarized attendance undertaking as mentioned in the merit list
16 nos. passport sized (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) coloured photographs (not in school unform)

Apart from the above, the following will also be collected:

Alumni membership fee of Rs. 5,000/- through a cheque in favour of 'J.D. Birla Institute Alumni Trust'
Anti-ragging & Anti-bullying form
Student's undertaking (Not enrolled to other courses)
Parent's information
Fee Book will be handed over.

Admission will continue to be provisional until this process is completed within the declared time frame.
