Malda College: Important Notes after Admission 2025

• Every student must appear for PHYSICAL DOCUMENT VERIFICATION as per Notice. It is mandatory.
• Students must attend the orientation program after verification as per Notice.
• Students must carry the Student ID Card when present within the College Campus regularly.
• A student must have a minimum 75% class attendance as per the norms of UGB to appear in the University Examination and get internal Marks as per University Norms.
• College scholarship will be provided to the needy and regular students who have 75% attendance and above. Even Govt. scholarship will be approved only to those students who have more than 75% class attendance.




• For Govt Scholarship students have to follow the respective scholarship website for notification , last date of application and renewal date. College does not make any separate notification in this regard.
• Students must follow the college notice and academic calendar available on the college website (www.maldacollege.ac.in). Follow the departmental website for academic purposes.
• Students must get registered through the university portal for obtaining University Registration Number and submit the Acknowledgement Slip for approval in the college office (Room No. 106). Since the University portal remains active for a limited time period, students should follow the college website for relevant notice in this regard.
• Registered Students should check the university portal for obtaining Admit Card after university exam form fill up and submit the Acknowledgement Slip and Payment Slip for approval in the college office (Room No. 106). • Payment must be paid through the College ERP system through student login using Student Id and Password provided after admission. You should install Malda College Android Apps from Play store for getting regular updates.
