Notification on UG admission upgradation round physical verification 2025

The date of Physical Verification of documents of the newly admitted candidates under Phase-1 CAP upgradation round will be done on 04/09/2025, 06/09/2025, 08/09/2025, and 09/09/2025 from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on all days at the respective departments.

Please note that Physical Verification of documents will close on 09.09.2025 at 4:30 p.m. Candidates appearing for Physical Verification of documents after the stipulated time will not be entertained and their candidature will be canceled.

The candidates are required to bring the documents mentioned below:

Original documents to be produced (for verification):

• System generated provisional admission certificate
• 10+2 level mark sheet
• 10 level mark sheet
• Age proof certificate (admit card, birth certificate, etc.)
• SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable
• PwD certificate, if applicable
• EWS certificate, if applicable
• Aadhar and ABC ID, if applicable
• Registration certificate, if applicable
• Migration certificate, if applicable

Self-attested photocopies of documents to be submitted:

• System generated provisional admission certificate
• 10+2 level mark sheet
• 10 level mark sheet
• Age proof certificate (admit card, birth certificate, etc.)
• SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable
• PwD certificate, if applicable
• EWS certificate, if applicable
• Aadhar and ABC ID, if applicable
• Registration certificate, if applicable
• Migration certificate, if applicable

The candidates are also required to fill up the anti-ragging declaration during the physical verification of documents process (A smart phone with internet connectivity is required). The respective departmental officials will help them fill it up.
