All the newly admitted students through WBCAP (Session 2025-26) who arecoming for physical verification as per the Govt. Notification (No. 617-Edn(CS)/10M-95/14 NOTIFICATION Dated: 22/08/2025) are hereby directed to reportat the below mentioned venue as per the following schedule with thenecessary documents.

Documents Required at the time of Physical Verification

Printed copy of Application (centralized admission) Form: 1 copy
Printed copy of last payment Receipt: 2 copies
Printed copy of provisional admission confirmation certificate generated from the portal: 2 copies
Passport Size coloured photo of the candidate: 3 copies

1. Original copy of the following documents

(i) Proof of Date of Birth (Class-X admit card)
(ii) Address Proof (Aadhaar Card)
(iii) Original of the 10+2 registration certificate
(iv) Mark sheet of Class-X and Class-XII
(v) Proof of Reservation category certificate (if applicable)
(vi) Proof of EWS certificate (if applicable)
(vii) Proof of PwD certificate (if applicable)
(viii) Migration/ transfer Certificate (if applicable)

2. Self-attested photocopy of the following documents

(i) Proof of Date of Birth (Class-X admit card)
(ii) Address Proof (Aadhaar Card)
(iii) 10+2 registration certificate
(iv) Mark sheet of Class-X and Class-XII
(v) Proof of Reservation category certificate (if applicable)
(vi) Proof of EWS certificate (if applicable)
(vii) Proof of PwD certificate (if applicable)

3. Important Instruction for All Candidates:

Students are directed to thoroughly read the directive of Supreme Court of India (No.F.1-8/2006 (CPP-II), February, 2008) for curbing Ragging in Educational Institutions. They are hereby directed to print and sign the "Anti-Ragging Declaration" form attached with this notice. The Form also to be countersigned by the parents. The duly signed form must be submitted in original at the time of Physical Verification.
