Instructions for the candidate:

. The selection of the candidate is purely provisional and subject to verification of documents and valid objection/s, if any. Mere mention of the name of the candidate in the selection list will not confer any right to admission to him/her where inclusion of the name in the list is due to a bonafide error and not on the basis of the prescribed merit.
All the selected candidates will get the online fee submission link by login to their account registered on samarth portal for the payment of fee. The candidates selected against the SUPERNUMERARY SEATS shall have to pay tuition fee for the programme multiplied by 1.5 times which is to be deposited separately. Further, the candidates are informed to complete their admission formalities by or before 29th July, 2025 upto 11:55 PM. After the admission process, the students have to report to the department of law along with the following documents
Admission Form with a valid fee submission receipt.
Marks certificates of qualifying examinations.
Character and Provisional certificate in original
Migration certificate in original
Anti-ragging undertaking form appended with the required signatures.
The candidates whose result of qualifying examinations is pending/awaited as on date must deposit their admission fees by or before the given time. They can produce the certificates before the commencement of classes. If the candidate fails to fulfill the eligibility conditions his/her admission shall be cancelled.
Any candidate who fails to complete his/her admission formalities within the prescribed time will be considered subsequently in the waiting list subject to the availability of the seat and only after the last date of then current list is over. Such candidate has to make a representation to the Department Admission Committee for his/her consideration for admission, giving reasons for not completing his/her admission within the prescribed time. Such candidate has no right to claim admission once all the seats of his/her category are filled.

The candidates in the waiting list may explore the possibility of admission on 30th July, 2025. They shall remain in touch with the official website of the university as the subsequent admission notifications will be uploaded on the University website and no separate notification shall be issued for waiting list.
