Applications are invited for First year admission to M.Sc. (2 year) Degree Programmes offered in the University Departments of Anna University, Chennai-600 025 under Consortium of Industries for the Academic Year 2025-26 through Online only.

The candidates can register the applications only in the WebPortal: cfa.annauniv.edu/cfa.

Eligibility Conditions and the Ranking Criteria

The eligibility conditions and the ranking criteria for the sponsored candidate:

Candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
Candidate should satisfy one of the Nativity criteria specified in Annexure-III.

Ranking / Eligibility:
The Merit list of the students applied for all the M.Sc. (2 year) programmes shall beprepared based on the rank secured in the Entrance Examination conducted by AnnaUniversity on the 29th June 2025.

Electronic Media	B.Sc. / B.C.A. / B.E. / B.Tech. or Any other Bachelor's degree with a Media Component like B.A. Journalism, B.V.A., B.F.T., B.V.C., B.M.M.C., B.M.M. and B.Des.

Application, Counseling and Admission Process

The company can register & fill in the application online through the WebPortal cfa.annauniv.edu/cfa.
A non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 2,500/- (+18% GST) per Faculty (Engineering/Technology/Architecture & Planning) shall be paid by the Industry.
List of documents to be uploaded is given in Annexure-IV.
The Industry shall pay a non-refundable Inspection Fee as applicable.
If the Industry is qualified and the candidate is eligible, the candidate will beaskedtoparticipate in Counselling in the order of Merit.
The candidate is eligible for allotment of seats in any one of the branches for whichthecompany has qualified.
If the candidate is successful in securing a seat, the sponsoring company shall executeanMoU with the University, which shall contain the terms and conditions of Anna University.

The Industry shall pay the necessary Consortium Fee to the University, prior to the signingofthe MoU. The Payment is to be made Online in favour of 'The Director, Centre for Admissions, Anna University, Chennai - 25' and this amount shall not be refundedunderanycircumstances.
