Admission Notice

This is information of all provisionally selected Candidates included in the list that they shall appear before the Admission Committee on 13/08/2025 at 11:00 A.M, Centre for Juridical Studies, Dibrugarh University sharp for admission against 03 (Three) vacant seats (General Category), strictly on merit basis.

The List for admission is prepared without verifying the hardcopies of all relevant documents, and anomaly if detected afterwards regarding percentage / relevant documents for eligibility in to admission as per Rules and Regulations shall entail the cancellation of admission immediately.

Documents in original and self-attested photocopy of original documents to be submitted at the time of admission:

• Hard copy of Online generated APPLICATION FORM
• Admit Card of the Entrance Test
• Class 10^th Admit Card, Marks Sheet and Pass Certificate
• Class 12^th Marks Sheet and Pass Certificate
• Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
• Latest duly Notarized Affidavit in case of Gap Year
• Transfer Certificate (if Applicable)
• Migration Certificate (if Applicable)
• Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)/ Local Man Certificate
• Personal Email ID of the candidates with contact no having WhatsApp
• Affidavit regarding NO RAGGING (to be submitted within one week of Admission)

Timing of Admission – From 11.00 a.m. onwards and shall be closed by 1 p.m and selected Candidates shall have to respond immediately for admission after calling their name(s) in order. If not responded to call, the seat shall stand forfeited and next Candidate shall be admitted. Therefore, they are advised to be present at the Centre for Juridical Studies, Dibrugarh University by 10.30 a.m positively and regularly visit the University Website for any information.

Modality for Fee Payment: The Candidates are informed that they shall deposit fees after receiving the duly signed admission slips from the Chairperson, Centre for Juridical Studies, on the day of admission and the mode of fee payment (online) shall be notified in the website before the date of admission. We request the provisionally selected candidates to email their consent for admission to the email id cjsadmission2024@gmail.com mentioning their Roll no. and Sl. No. against the respective category.

Admission Fees of First Semester is Rs 17,698/-
