Notification for Ph.D. Registration 2025 (Faculty of Biological Sciences)

The 25th Meeting of the Faculty Board, Faculty of Biological Sciences held on 24.09.2025 approved the following Research Scholars for registration for the degree of the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) of Dibrugarh University as per the details given below. The admission for Ph.D. will remain valid for a period of six (6) years with effect from the date of their enrollment in the Ph.D. programme as per the provisions of the Dibrugarh University Regulations for the Research Council and for the degree of the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D), 2023.

The attention of all the scholars are drawn to the followins:

• The scholar has to pay Ph.D. registration fee of Rs. 6000/- (Rupees Six thousand) within one month from the date of issue of this Notification, failing which the permission for registration will stand automatically cancelled.
• The above mentioned Research Scholar shall have to pay Rs. 400/- (Rupees four hundred) only per month w.e.f. the date of the 25ft meeting of the Faculty Board, Faculty of Biologlcal sciences held on 24.09.2025 till the month of submission of his/herthesis.
• If any registered Ph.D. Scholar fails to pay the monthly fee at least once in every six months, hislher admission for Ph. D Programme may stand cancelled.
• All payments by the Ph.D. Scholars to be made online through ERP Portal only. Payment through any other mode shall not be accepted.
• The registered Ph.D. Scholar shall have to submit the Registration Fee acknowledgement receipt along with the Photocopy of the Dibrugarh University Registration Card / Certificate at the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Dibrugarh University within one month from the date of issue of this Notification.
