Notification on Governor Assam Pratibha Protsahan Yojana 2025-26

Applications are invited from motivated Civil Services aspirants of Assam for the prestigious Governor Assam Pratibha Protsahan Yojana 2025–26, launched by Raj Bhavan, Assam, in collaboration with Arya Pratibha Vikas Sansthan. The initiative aims to provide financial support and high-quality coaching to deserving candidates for their Civil Services preparation.

Raj Bhavan, Assam in partnership with Arya Pratibha Vikas Sansthan, invites applications from motivated Civil Services aspirants of Assam for a prestigious scholarship program. This initiative aims to provide financial support and high-quality coaching to deserving candidates, enabling them to excel in their pursuit of becoming civil servants.

• Partner Agency: Arya Pratibha Vikas Sansthan
• Number of Sponsorships: 10 aspirants for Direct Mode Coaching at Delhi, NCR
• Selection Process: Candidates will be selected through ‘All Assam Talent Search Examination’ followed by Group Counselling & Personal Interviews.
  (Note: The number of aspirants receiving sponsorship may vary at the discretion of Raj Bhavan, Assam.)
• Examination Centers: Written Screening Test of about 4000 shortlisted candidates based on marks scored in 12^th Board Examination and Graduation percentage will be held in Guwahati, Tezpur, Jorhat, Silchar, Dibrugarh, Kokrajhar, Diphu, Baksa & Haflong on 24^th August, 2025.
  The Group Counselling & Personal Interviews will be held in Guwahati only.

The completed application form with documents is to be submitted online through the link https://gappy.assam.gov.in before 1:00 PM on 7^th August, 2025.

• Selection will be based on performance in the Screening Test, Group Counselling & Personal Interview on all Assam basis conducted by Raj Bhavan, Assam. Shortlisting for the written exam will be based on candidates' Class 12 and Graduation percentage.
• Admit Cards will be sent to the registered e-mail ID of the shortlisted candidates. No physical copy of Admit Cards will be issued. Candidates shall have to download the Admit Card from their e-mail IDs and take print out of the same to appear in the Screening Test.
• The scholarship shall cover the cost of coaching fees, accommodation, and meals associated with the direct mode coaching program. Any additional costs, expenses, or personal requirements beyond those covered under the scholarship shall be the sole responsibility of the candidates.
• Payments will be made directly to the partner agency; no direct disbursements will be made to candidates.
• The list of examination centres for the Written Screening Test may vary based on the number of candidates opting for the particular centre.
• The scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be deferred or converted into cash.
• Participation in the initiative is voluntary and there is no compulsion to join the programme.
• In case of any confusion/dispute, Raj Bhavan, Assam will be the sole authority to decide on the matter.
