The eligible candidates allotted seats through the WB JECA counseling 2025, at the University of Kalyani for admission in the MCA programme are instructed to refer to the following schedule for document verification and admission.

To complete the document verification process the candidates must carry

The following documents in original along with one photocopy of each document:

Provisional Allotment Letter & seat acceptance letter of WB JECA 2025.
Admit Card of WB JECA 2025.
Rank Card of WB JECA 2025.
Class-Xth Admit Card / Birth Certificate for verification of Date of Birth.
Mark-sheet of Class-Xth Examination.
Mark-sheet of Class-XIIth Examination.
Mark-sheet of all semesters of Bachelor degree.
Valid Domicile Certificate in WB JECA-prescribed format for West Bengal domicile candidates.
Valid SC/ST/PWD/OBC-A(NCL)/OBC-B(NCL)/EWS certificates issued by the competent authorities, if applicable.
OBC-A/OBC-B candidates must produce updated NCL certificate.
Duly filled in YES-upgradation form in WBJEEB prescribed format.

To complete the admission process the candidates must carry

2 passport size color photos.
The following documents in original along with one photocopy of each document:
- Provisional Allotment Letter & seat acceptance letter of WB JECA 2025.
- Admit Card of WB JECA 2025.
- Rank Card of WB JECA 2025.
- Class-Xth Admit Card / Birth Certificate for verification of Date of Birth.
- Mark-sheet of Class-Xth Examination.
- Mark-sheet of Class-XIIth Examination.
- Mark-sheet of all semesters of Bachelor degree.
- Valid Domicile Certificate in WB JECA-prescribed format for West Bengal domicile candidates.
- Valid SC/ST/PWD/OBC-A(NCL)/OBC-B(NCL)/EWS certificates issued by the competent authorities, if applicable.
- OBC-A/OBC-B candidates must produce updated NCL certificate.
- Duly filled in NO-upgradation form in WBJEEB prescribed format (for 1st round).
- Unique Allocation Id as available from WB JECA counseling portal.
Fee of Rs. 23,510/- (1st semester tuition fee of Rs. 20,000/- and additional fees of Rs. 3,510/-) payable at the time of admission through debit/credit card or UPI. Fee details are available on the next page.

All the candidates must carry a mobile phone with the SIM number registered during application to WB JECA 2025 to receive OTP at the final stage of admission confirmation.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must fulfill all the below mentioned eligibility criteria:

Candidate must hold a valid merit rank in the JECA-2025,
Candidate must fulfill all the eligibility criteria and the terms and conditions as stipulated by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board, Govt. of West Bengal for admission in MCA programme at University of Kalyani.
Candidate must fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the Regulations for MCA Programme of the Faculty of Engineering Technology & Management, University of Kalyani under the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.

General Instructions

All photocopies MUST be self-attested.
If no tuition fee is paid within the scheduled date(s), the candidature may be canceled automatically, without further information.
If at any stage of admission the information furnished by the candidate is found to be incomplete, false or incorrect, the University of Kalyani shall have full authority to cancel the admission without further notice.
