Subject: Online Exam Form Fill-up and Fee Submission for 3rd Semester (2024–28) and 5th Semester (2023–27) Students

As per earlier notifications dated 12/09/2025 (Ref No: CEO/305/25 & CEO/311/25), the online portal was opened for submission of examination forms and fees for students enrolled in UG CBCS 5th Semester (2023–27) and 3rd Semester (2024–28).

However, some students were unable to complete the process due to technical issues. The university is currently addressing these issues. A provision has now been made for such students to complete their exam form fill-up and fee payment online.

The portal will remain open for eligible students of:

• 5th Semester (2023–27)
• 3rd Semester (2024–28)

Note: Exam forms will be accepted only if the following conditions are fulfilled:

• For 5th Semester (2023–27): Must have passed all subjects of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Semesters with a minimum of 68 Credit Points.
• For 3rd Semester (2024–28): Must have obtained at least 28 Credit Points in 1st and 2nd Semesters.

Please ensure that all eligibility criteria are met before submission.
