3^rd & Final ADMISSION NOTICE

Academic Session: 2025-26

The following candidates are provisionally selected for 3^rd & Final Counselling cum Admission into the 1^st Semester M.Tech. in Petroleum Technology (Petroleum Exploration & Production) programme for the academic session 2025-26. The candidates will have to appear before the Admission Committee in the Department on 11th August (Monday), 2025 from 10.00 AM - 11.00 AM, failing which, their seats will be forfeited and hence, the vacant seats will be filled by the waiting list candidates on the same day (i.e. on 11^th August, 2025) from 11.00 AM - 12.00 PM.

* Due to the unavailability of a suitable candidate for one SC category seat, it has been allotted to a candidate from the merit list among those present during the 2nd counselling.

** Similarly, following the withdrawal of his seat by Mr. Abhishek Shyam under the ST (H) category, the vacant seat has been allotted to a candidate from the merit list of students present on the day of the 2nd counselling, as no ST (H) candidate was available in the waiting list.

*** Considered under the OBC category only, as the candidates were absent during the 2nd counselling.

The candidates provisionally selected for admission must appear in the counselling along with the following documents:

All testimonials in original.
A self-attested print copy of the Online Application Form submitted by the applicant with Self-attested photocopies of all the Mark sheets & Pass Certificates.
Self-attested photocopy of the Caste Certificate (if selected under reserved category).
Hostel Admission Form (downloadable from the University website, if needed).
Document/certificate showing CGPA to percentage conversion (wherever applicable).
The Admission Fee, Course Fee, Hostel Admission Fee etc. have to be paid by the Candidates at the time of admission through ONLINE Mode by using their Debit Card/Credit Card or internet banking.
