Notification regarding upper age limit for the candidates seeking admission into 1st semester B. Tech programme in DUIET from the Academic Session 2025-26

This is for information of all concerned that there will be no upper age limit for the candidates seeking admission into the 1st Semester B.Tech. programme in the Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering and Technology (DUIET), Dibrugarh University from the academic session 2025-26 onwards. In this context, the Point No. 6, as appeared in the Admission Brochure for the Academic Session 2025-26 of the DUIET, whereby the age limit of the candidates is clearly defined as one of the eligibility criteria for getting admitted to B.Tech. programmes of the DUIET, has been withdrawn.

Candidates fulfilling all other eligibility criteria prescribed for the aforesaid programme shall be considered for admission irrespective of their age.
