It is for information of all concerned that fresh/renewal application for Post-Matric Scholarships for Students of Assam belonging to Scheduled Tribes (ST) are invited for the academic year 2025-26 through National Scholarship Portal (NSP) at www.scholarships.gov.in. Applications will be entertained through online portal only. The timeline for submission of application is given below:

Note:

1. Students while applying for scholarships for the above schemes are hereby requested to register themselves in NSP through the app “NSP OTR” available in Google play store and perform Face-authentication for generating One Time Registration (OTR) number which has been made mandatory for applying for scholarship in NSP.
2. Aadhaar and Mobile number registered with Aadhaar are mandatory for generating OTR. (Details available at scholarships.gov.in).
3. Students while filling up the online application form should upload digital income certificate of their parents/guardians which has been issued by the concerned Circle/Revenue Officer only.
4. Students should also upload Digital Caste certificate issued by office of the District Commissioner of their respective District. If the applicant’s name/surname in the application form differs in the caste certificate, he/she should submit an affidavit duly notarized justifying the differences.
5. Students should have a valid bank account which should be seeded with their respective Aadhaar as scholarships will be credited into Aadhaar seeded Bank Account of the students only.
