UG Document Verification Notice 2025

Students of 1st year B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.(Major & Minor) of 2025-26 are called for physical verification of their Admission Forms in the College, following the Admission Verification Schedule given below:

*They must carry the following documents with them:

(Original & Self attested xerox - 01 Copy)

• System-generated Application Form.
• System-generated Provisional Admission Certificate.
• Printed Admission Challan or Payment Receipt.
• Class 10th Admit Card (Age Proof) & Mark-sheet.
• Class 12th Registration Certificate, Admit & Mark-sheet.
• Social category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if applicable).
• Disability certificate - PWD (if applicable).
• Aadhaar Card and ABC ID.
• Original Transfer Certificate or School Leaving from previous institution.
• Registration Cancellation Letter/Migration Certificate from last University/University Permission Letter/Affidavit from a Lawyer (this is only for back year Students).
• GAP certificate (If applicable).

**As a result of document verification, If a candidate is found not eligible for any course/programme because of any discrepancy in data and/or document (which may have an adverse impact on the merit index of the candidate), the provisional admission of the candidate will be cancelled.
