1st Counselling Drive for Admission to MA in English & Political Science (Standalone Mode), Batch: 2025-2027

This is to inform all that a few seats are lying vacant for the course M.A. in English & M.A. in Political Science. Interested candidates are requested to attend the counselling drive on 17/11/2025 (Monday) from 11:00 A.M. to 02:00 P.M. at the Office of the Special Officer (Post Graduate Section), 1st floor (Room No. 205).

Eligibility Criteria:

Admission will be restricted to candidates who have applied for the course within the specified dates only, as notified by the University of Calcutta.
Admission will be strictly in order of merit.
Payment of Rs. 28,400/- to be paid online, only after being selected for the course.

Merit List Publication:
Merit list & admission notice for the candidates who attended the counselling drive will be published on the college website on 17/11/2025 after 04:00 P.M.

Required Documents at the time of reporting:

Print out of C.U. application form.
Original & self-attested photocopies of all semester marksheets of B.A. course.
Original & self-attested photocopy of Madhyamik/ equivalent Admit Card.
Original & self-attested photocopy of Caste Certificate (for reserved caste candidates)
