- Printed copy of Application form (Downloaded from admission portal) - 3 copies
- Printed copy of Provisional admission Certificate (Downloaded from admission portal) - 3 copies
- Original and 3 self-attested photocopies of:
- Age proof (Madhyamik/equivalent Admit Card)
- Identity proof (Aadhar / PAN / Driving License/ Passport)
- H.S./10+2 Marksheet
- Aadhaar and ABC ID if available
- Proof of reserved category (if applicable)
- Proof of PWD category (if applicable)
- Proof of EWS category (if applicable)
