conducted by National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Noida
Eligibility Exam for the posts of Assistant Lecturer and Teaching Associates at NCHMCT-affiliated Institutes of Hotel Management (IHMs), December-2025
The National Hospitality Teachers Eligibility Test (NHTET) is a scheme designed to identify and certify the most meritorious candidates for eligibility as Assistant Lecturers and Teaching Associates in Institutes of Hotel Management (IHMs) affiliated with NCHMCT. A candidate who qualifies in the NHTET and is declared eligible for the post of Assistant Lecturer will be entitled only to apply for vacancies advertised by NCHMCT-affiliated IHMs — whether in the Government, PSU-owned, or Private sectors. Qualifying NHTET does not confer any right to automatic appointment or induction in any of these institutions. Selection for the posts of Assistant Lecturer or Teaching Associate will be made through a separate recruitment process conducted by the respective institute or authority.
