Initiatives to avail SVMCM Scholarship due to Bank verification failed

This is to inform that the students (U.G. & P.G.) those who have not received their SVMCM Scholarship (Fresh / Renewal) for the session 2024-2025 due to Bank verification failed are advised to submit the following original documents with a set of photocopies to the Scholarship Section, Office of the Registrar, University of North Bengal within 05.12.2025 positively.

The office will be unable to do further in case of unavailability of the documents within 5th December, 2025. Individual students can also visit the office of the Higher Education for the purpose of verification of the documents.

List of documents:

1. SVMCM Application form.
2. Updated Bank Passbook front page.
3. Previous Bank Passbook.
4. Self-Declaration.
5. Bank Manager’s Declaration in Bank Letterhead (Must mention Bank Account Number, IFSC Code).
6. Aadhar card.
