Physical Document verification for Candidates Admitted in the Upgradation Round 2025

All candidates admitted to B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com. courses in the Upgradation Round of the 1st Phase are requested to appear for Physical Document Verification as per the following schedule:

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PHYSICAL VERIFICATION

All admitted candidates are hereby informed that the following original documents must be produced during the physical verification of documents, along with the specified number of photocopies:

1. Provisional Admission Confirmation Certificate (Colour print on A4 bond paper)
2. Provisional Admission Receipt (Colour print on A4 bond paper)
3. Application form (Colour print on A4 bond paper)
4. Class X / Madhyamik Admit Card – 1 photocopy
5. Class XII Marksheet – 1 photocopy
6. Class X / Madhyamik Marksheet – 1 photocopy
7. Category Certificate (if applicable) – 1 photocopy
8. PWD Certificate (if applicable) – 1 photocopy
9. Identity Proof (Aadhar / Driving Licence / Passport) – 1 photocopy
10. Two recent colour passport-size photographs
