Several CBSE Class 12 students reported difficulties accessing the re-evaluation portal after the application process started on May 19. While many users described login failures and slow-loading pages, CBSE officials stated that the system remained operational and experienced only temporary issues.
Shortly after the portal became active, students began sharing complaints on social media regarding technical problems during login and form submission.
According to multiple users, the website was freezing repeatedly, failing to load properly, or showing incomplete pages. Some students also expressed concern about missing the submission deadline because of these interruptions.
Screenshots posted online appeared to show unresponsive sections of the portal and loading errors, adding to the anxiety among applicants trying to complete the process within the limited timeframe.
CBSE officials denied reports of any major technical outage and clarified that only a small number of complaints had been received.
Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj explained that certain users may have encountered issues because previously saved pages were reopening instead of refreshing correctly. Students were advised to restart their devices or try again after some time if they continued facing difficulties.
The board also stated that the National Informatics Centre (NIC), which manages the website infrastructure, had not identified any significant technical problem with the portal.
In addition, CBSE confirmed that the CAPTCHA feature was removed after some users reported visibility-related issues during login and submission.
