All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) approved 4 years graduate programme offered by Bengal School of Technology affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT).

List of Documents Required for the Admission

The following documents in original and one set of attested photocopies of the same are to be submitted at thr time of admission along with four numbers of stamp size color photograph.

• Rank Card of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE).
• Allotment slip issued by Central Selection Committee at the time of Counselling.
• Admit Card / Mark Sheet of Madhyamik / School Final Examination in support of proof of Age / Date of Birth.
• Mark Sheet of +2 Science Examination passed.
• School Leaving Certificate & Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
• University Migration Certificate, if applicable.
• Medical Certificate from a physician in respect of Physical Fitness of the candidate.
• Caste Certificate in respect of SC / ST / OBC candidates.
• 6 passport size photographs.

B.Pharm

Intake : 60

Minimum Eligibility for Application :
Candidates qualified in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (W.BJ.E.E; Engg &Tech.) and 10+2 examination of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or any other approved board /university of India with 50% marks and combination of subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology, are eligible for applying to this course.

As per norms of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, candidates are selected on the basis of their ranks in the West Bengal JEE (Engg Tech) for admission in B. Pharm.

Admission of Lateral Entry students :
Candidates with a diploma in pharmacy from a recognized AICTE approved polytechnic institute of West Bengal with a minimum of 60% marks and a score in Joint Entrance Examination (JELET) for Lateral Entry (conducted by W.B.J.E.E) are eligible to apply for admission in the 3rd semester of the graduate programme (total of 8 semesters). Seat reservation for such admissions are limited to only 20% of the approved intake by AICTE to this course in the beginning of the programme.

M.Pharm

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved 2 years (4 semesters) postgraduate programme offered by Bengal School of Technology affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT).

Minimum Eligibility for Application :
An application for admission to the M. Pharm course requires a minimal qualification of a B. Pharm. degree from any recognized University of India with not less than 60% marks in aggregate. Selection of candidature is done on the basis of the scores obtained in GPAT or entrance test (PGET) conducted by WBUT.
