Two-Year PGDM (Infrastructure Management)

PGDM (Infrastructure Management) programme is an AICTE-approved Two-year Full-Time specialized residential programme for fresh or recent graduates who are passionate about pursuing a career in infrastructure.

In the First year, students complete a core curriculum that provides a thorough, integrated grounding in management & infrastructure essentials while at the same time get exposure to a healthy dose of site visits, independent projects, and finally, end with summer internship.The idea is to make an impact on the summer recruiters on the program’s delivery which is unquestionably challenging, focused, and "real world". In the Second year, students round off their degree with umpteen number of elective courses.

The Electives have been designed through our continuous evaluation methodology from our parent group, alumni, and industry connects.

Continuing Education

AIIM offers a series of Short Duration Programmes for Executives at both senior as well as middle management levels.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Two-Year PGDM (Infrastructure Management)

AIIM accepts CAT / XAT / MAT / CMAT / GMAT / ATMA scores as an input for the admission process.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC-ST candidates) or equivalent CGPA of any recognized university in India or abroad.

The Bachelor’s Degree must entail a minimum of three years of education after completion of higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.

In case the candidates are awarded grades / CGPA instead of marks, the equivalence of percentage will be considered.

SELECTION PROCESS

Two-Year PGDM (Infrastructure Management)

Admission will be a two-stage process: Stage I will be assessment of the candidate’s profile; and Stage II will include personal interview. Eligible candidates can apply through a prescribed Application Form along with the payment of application fee INR 700. On the basis of application and the cut-off for test scores as decided by the Admission Committee, the candidates will be invited for PI Sessions.

The final selection will be based on the following criteria:

• Extra-curricular Activities

AIIM is located within an upcoming, fully integrated and the largest township of Gujarat - Adani Shantigram Township - in a sprawling 600 acres of land on Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway, about 17 KMs from Ahmedabad city. The picturesque surroundings and serene ambience provides perfectly stimulating and congenial atmosphere to the students to explore their creativity, enhance their spirit and learning efforts. The entire Institute campus is fully air-conditioned, Wi-Fi enabled and has aesthetically built ultra-modern lecture halls, library, faculty & admin blocks, auditorium, cafeteria, hostel, sports & recreational facilities.

Lecture halls

Lecture Hall at AIIM is a place where infrastructure knowledge is incubated for young graduates. It’s where their initiation into infrastructure management happens. The institute has fully equipped gallery-style lecture halls with state-of-the-art audio-visual and multi-media gadgets including two-way video conferencing facilities to facilitate convergence of ideas.

Library

Library has a wholesome collection of print and electronic books, journals, database, audit-visual materials, case studies, research reports etc. The idea is to facilitate convenient and user friendly access to current, global and relevant information by identifying, acquiring and retrieving information in various formats to serve info needs of students and academics fraternity alike.

Auditorium

The Auditorium at AIIM, popularly called Audi, is considered to be the best-in-class among academia, and hosts most of the important functions in the campus like the convocation, conferences, student events and talks. The facility seats 300 people and was built at a cost of over INR 40 million. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with ultra-modern equipment including professional audio and visual systems.

Cafeteria

The institute cafeteria and dining hall are operated and maintained by professional agency. It serves hygienic food from breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, dinner and other refreshments & beverages at affordable rates. The payments to the cafeteria can be made on daily/monthly basis by students. Boasting of state-of-the-art vending machines, the cafeteria is a favorite hang-out place for students.

Recreational/Sports Facilities

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy! After a hectic academic schedule of the day, a well-deserved leisure time is what reenergizes students. There are plenty of sports and recreational facilities for students where they play cricket, football, table tennis, volley ball etc. and spend their time on keeping fit using modern all-equipped gymnasium.

Hostel

The students are accommodated in air-conditioned rooms on twin sharing basis in AIIM campus. The rooms are equipped with all modern amenities to make the students’ stay comfortable and make them feel at home away from home.
