ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university/institution with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Those appearing for their final graduation examination in March/April 2014 are also eligible to apply, subject to their clearance of the degree examination.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Part A : Written tests of AICAR or scores of CAT, CMAT XAT, MAT, CET and ATMA
Part B : ( i ) (GD) Group Discussion / Presentation
( ii ) (PI) Personal Interview
Part C : Presentation on a given topic/case analysis
Part B : ( i ) Past academic performance
( ii )Work Experience
Final selection is based on the aggregate scores in the various parts (element) of the admissions/selection process.

AICAR Business School was established in 2002 by the co-founder and Chairman of Chaitra Leo Burnett, Mr. Walter Saldanha. It was inaugurated by Mr. Kerry Rubie, Vice Chairman, Leo Burnett Worldwide. Ivan Arthur, former national creative director of JWT India is a trustee and visiting faculty at the institute. In 2007 the institute entered into an alliance with Aptech Limited, a global retail and corporate training solutions provider headquartered in Mumbai.

Nestled in the foothills of Matheran, a pleasant 90 minutes journey from Mumbai, amidst lush green landscape, lies a Business School that seeks to be a cradle for nurturing new millennial leaders.

AICAR Business School was set up eleven years ago by a group of eminent corporate citizens, who had dedicated themselves to establish a world class, residential center of learning that would establish unparalleled standards of management and communication practice.

The Asian Institute of Communication And Research (AICAR) has been designed by the world famous architect Mr. Phiroze Kudianvala.
What you dont see in this picture are 33 acres of landscaped, green, wide-open spaces, that liberates young minds and bodies brought up in the concrete jungle of cities.
Their commune with nature at AICAR changes their perspectives in ways that only nature can.
Classrooms are large, well designed acoustically and air-conditioned. They are permanently equipped with a projector and sound system. All faculty are provided wireless collar mics if they require it.
