ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in graduation from any statutory University (45% for reserved category).
  • In case of PGDM (Executive Batch), candidate should have 2-3 years of industrial work experience as a full time employee in the field of Sales, Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, Operations, Systems and related areas of management in the industry is eligible. These applicants should submit the industry experience certificate signed by the Director(HR) or any other authorised signatory of the Company / Companies and copies of their Appointment Letters along with the application form. There will be no difference in the course curriculum for this batch and they will receive the same inputs as applicable to the PGDM Programs except for the fact that they can expect lateral placements with higher compensation packages. Those having lesser number of industrial experiences also get different and upgraded placements depending upon their corporate experience though they may not be admitted to the Executive Batch, but to the other courses.
  • Relevant work experience means full time employment in any company and not in the family business. It also means working on full-time basis on the specialization departments in the company such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Operations and so on. Only such candidates can expect differential compensations based on work experience. However the selection committee can look into all the other type of work experiences and consider award of marks.
  • Candidates appearing for any final year Degree examination up to June can also apply. However, if they fail to match the above qualitative requirement when the result is declared for the graduation examination, they will be relieved from the course compulsorily. Same will be the case with respect to those who fail in their degree examination, which means a candidate should qualify his/her graduation examination with a minimum of 50% marks latest by the academic year. The mark sheets should be submitted to the Institute latest by 01 September.

Library

We have well-equipped Libraries for our students. Students are allowed to have ten books issued at a time to them, for a period of 15 days. Each Library subscribes to all the leading newspapers, periodicals and international magazines. Students, faculty members and scholars are encouraged to recommend as many books of international standards as required by them. In case the books are not returned to the Library by the due date, a fine is charged as per instructions of the institute. A refundable Library deposit of Rs. 5000/- is required to be paid by each student at the time of admission.

IT Labs

Computer lab is well-equipped with branded PC's adequately supported by 20 Mbps (1:1) leased lines for internet connectivity. It is also equipped with a wide range of licensed system software and application software. The entire campus is connected with Wi-Fi network. Computer labs with workstations connected to the internet are available for the use of the students. Instructors are also regularly available to assist students in planning and implementing their projects.

Auditorium and Open Air Theatre

We have two Auditoriums with 800 and 1000 seats respectively, having dedicated multimedia support and central air conditioning and acoustics designed by Bose.

Sports & Recreation

Though we don't have a sports ground we do have limited facilities. It is the responsibility of the sports committee to ensure the well-being of the participants and encourage sports through a competitive spirit in the campus. Ordinarily, in today's hectic schedule, it is quite possible that one may get stressed out. The best way to revitalize, is to spend some time with 'mother nature' for which a walking track is created in the campus.

A state of art gymnasium is there in the hostel which can be availed by the students for a nominal fee.

Hostel Accommodation

We have well-furnished hostel facility within the campus. It provides all the facilities including mess, gymnasium, coffee shop and shopping centre. Every cluster is having four rooms and one hall. Every room is equipped with Godrej furniture. Two water cooler on each floor.

Mess

Sri Balaji Society, Pune has two Canteens and one Cafeteria in its campus for the students which provides well balanced and nourishing diet.

In-house Medical Facilities

The institute has a in house quality medical services to the students at a concession charge. Those seeking medical assistance can have access to the doctor at any time of the day. Students also undergo a thorough medical checkup once a year. OPD with Doctor on Call.
