Each Part : 600 (Theory) + 200 (Practical)
Out of 100 marks in each paper, 20 marks are reserved for internal assessment in theory papers.

Admission Procedure

After the declaration of Higher Secondary results or equivalent, the University holds an Entrance examination for B.B.A(Honours), B.C.A. (Honours) and B.Sc.(Biotechnology) (Honours) which is advertised in the leading newspapers.

The Merit list of the Entrance exam, when declared, the students of the above disciplines are selected through a Counselling held by the University.

Documents required at the time of admission

• Attested Photocopy of (Original Should be produced for vertification)
  • Admit card of Madhyamik or Equivalent,
  • Marks Sheet of Madhyamik or Equivalent,
  • Admit Card and Registration Certificate of Higher Secondary or Equivalent,
  • Marks Sheet of Higher Secondary or Equivalent,
  • S.C/S.T./O.B.C./PH/BPL Certificate (if applicable),
  • School Leaving Certificate,
• Admit card of the B.C.A. / BBA / B.Sc. (Biotechnology) Entrance Examination
• Four copies of stamp-size recent colour photograph
• Original Migration certificate / Transfer certificate (if applicable)
• Passport/VISA (For Foriegn Student)

Time of Admission : Probable time of admission for all courses is in June-July.

Cyber Research & Training Institute popularly known as CRTI (Registered under Society’s Act) emerged as a well knit organization with a vision to promote excellence in the field of Computer Science, Biotechnology and Management Studies in multisectoral and multidisciplinary perspectives.

The framers of this Institute dreamed to implement the best of academic practices, so as to produce successful and enterprising professionals for taking up future challenges under globalise market economy.

It is a matter of great pride that the hard labour has paid and CRTI has become a dream-come-true establishment in reality to cherish.

Being proud of its large infrastructural facilities with a total area of 24000 sq.ft. the Institute stands centrally at Burdwan town with Railway Station a five minute walk, the main market in close vicinity and the adjacent bus stand are added advantages and thus the Institute extends facilities to all in every possible ways.

The Institute is presently conducting 3 years Honours degree courses in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor in Science in Biotechnology (B.Sc. Biotech) under the affiliation of The University of Burdwan with many more new courses likely to be added from the current academic session. Besides above short-term vocational courses on Computer Application (CCA) and Computer Fundamental (CCF) under the affiliation of West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (W.B.S.C.T.E). are also conducted on regular basis. The institute is presently conducting MBA & MCA courses under PTU from 2012.

The Institute is designed in a congenial environment to develop one's own abilities under the constant guidance of a team of well-qualified, dedicated and experienced Faculties. The Management insists on a strict code of conduct for students and teaching staff fostering quality keeping in parity with the fundamentals of good education to contribute a better society of tomorrow.
