Dooars Academy of Technology and Management (DATMTC) was established in 2003. The centre wanted to offer Technology and Mgmt. Courses to the students of Dooars area with particular stress on their training for professional efficiency. To achieve that goat the DATM as a born in the year 2006.

Affiliation was accorded by WBUT for running the BCA (H) & BBA (H) courses. The centre reached an agreement with it got a lease of 25 years for running the College in the building located at Alipurduar - The Gateway to North-East India and Bhutan. An Ideal destination for education, Alipurduar shares its border with Assam, Bhutan, and Jlapiaguri & Cooch Behar. Starting with a few, the college has now a good number of students and endeavour is made by the authorities to provide every facility to them. A special initiative for training & placement of the outgoing students has also been undertaken.

Now the college is growing with the students of the locality hovering around it for quality education and hence, apart from BBA (H) & BCA (H), M.Sc (IS), PGDM (Approved by AICTE & AIMA).

Some shortcomings may still remain here or there, yet it is our mission to serve the intellect of the Dooars area which is deprived of getting its dues in the education field so far.

We hope we shall be able to reach out to larger number of students of the area as days progress with courses of even higher standards and services that no one can match.
