Admission to B.Tech Courses

Eligibility Criteria:

• Admission through E-counseling of WBJEEB from WBJEE / JEE (MAIN-2014) merit list.
• Class 10 and 10+2 Mark sheets, Age proof Certificate, Character Certificate, 10 Copies stamp size coloured photograph. WBJEE/ JEE (MAIN-2014) / Admit Card & Rank Card, Medical Certificate, Power of spectacles certificate, Migration Certificate for other than W.B. Council students, Affidavit of Anti-Ragging Form (Student + Guardian ) on Rs. 10/- Non-judicial Stamp Paper.

Bachelor in Hospital Management (BHM)

Admission Process: Through the Common Entrance Test, followed by GD & PI.

Duration: 3- year (full time) with 6 Semesters.

Eligibility: Passed 10+2 in any stream with English as a subject.

No. of seats : 60 Students per year.

Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

Course: MBA ( Approved by AICTE , affiliated to WBUT)

Duration: 2- year (full time)

Eligibility: Any graduate (10 + 2+ 3), final year student is also eligible.

No. of seats : 60 only

Selection Procedure:

• Submit filled up application form
• Selection will be on the basis of GD and PI
• Must Qualify MAT / JEMAT [However CAT / CMAT candidates can also apply subject to the guidelines available from WBUT time to time]

Masters of Computer Application (MCA)

Eligibility Criteria:

• A relevant AICTE recognized Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or in any final year of such programmes.
• GATE Qualified candidates are eligible for SCHOLARSHIP from AICTE as per AICTE Norms

Method of Selection : WBUT PGET Exam followed by counseling.

Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur, popularly known as BCREC, was set up on 21st August, 2000, under the over all management of Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College Society.
