Admission Eligibility - B.Tech. (Regular)

• Passed with Minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in 12th PUC/ISC/CBSE OR Equivalent Board with Physics and Mathematics as Compulsory Subjects with Chemistry / Electronics / Computer Science / Biology.
• IB students should get minimum 26 credits to qualify for the course
• Cambridge students must study 3 subjects at ‘A’ Level (Advanced level) including Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
• Candidates who have completed 12th or equivalent exams or final year students of class XII or its equivalent, awaiting examination results may also apply
• NIOS candidates are eligible to apply
• Entrance Score Accepted - UNIGAUGE / JEE / ComedK

Course Duration: 4 years, 8 semesters

Step 1
New User Registration

• Enter all the relevant details carefully.
• An E-mail will be sent from JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) to authenticate your email id. Please authenticate to proceed for further applying process.
• All the communications will be sent to your registered email id and mobile no. Request for change of Mobile Number / E-mail Id / Correspondence address will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Step 2
Filling online application form

• Provide all relevant details carefully, before submission.
• Personal Information.
• Address Information.
• Academic Information.
• Additional Information.
• Upload your recent passport size (3.5 x 4.5cm) colour photograph*. (Photo should be in .jpg or .png format and maximum file size allotted is 50 KB)
• Upload your X mark sheet. (Mark sheet should be in .jpg, .png or .PDF format and maximum file size allotted is 100 KB)
• An application number will be generated after submission.
• Refer your application no. for all your future correspondence.

Step 3
Mode of payment

• Online mode through Net banking / Credit / Debit card. Application Cost Rs. 600/- (inclusive of GST) - for General Candidates.
• Coupons can be purchased by cash at Admission Office.

Candidate who have confirmed admission offer are required to pay the Balance fee and / or complete other admission formalities like document submission and payment of hostel / bus fees, if required, at the earliest.

Documents to be submitted after collecting Provisional Admission Offer are:

• Class 10 marks card (Original + 2 copies)
• Class 12 / PUC marks card** (Original + 2 copies)
• Diploma marks cards (all Semester) (If applicable)
• Diploma degree certificate (If applicable)
• Transfer certificate (Original + 2 copies)
• Migration certificate (Original + 2 copies) (If applicable)
• 5 passport size and 5 stamp size photographs
• Caste certificate and income certificate (Original + 2 copies) (If applicable)
• Parent’s PAN card photocopy
• Student’s Adhaar card photocopy
• Provisional Admission Offer letter (Original)

Please Note: Candidate must be present along with their parents at the time of completion of admission process. After receiving the Provisional Admission Offer letter all the required documents mentioned in PAO should be submitted online at admin.fet@jainuniversity.ac.in in scanned PDF format and original documents to be submitted to the university on a notified date. Please mention your Application ID and branch in the subject and body of the email.

Students can make the payment through online mode via State Bank Collect (SBI). After completing the payment process, please email the e-receipt to accounts.fet@jainuniversity.ac.in and a hard copy of the e-receipt must be submitted on a date notified by the university. Please mention your Application ID and branch in the subject and body of the email.

Request for a Loan Document:
In case you would like to apply for a loan, you are required to fill the "Loan Expenditure Requisition Form" along with the photocopies of Government identity proof, Provisional Offer letter and fee receipts.

To avail the Loan Expenditure Requisition Form, please send a request email to int.sfs@jgi.ac.in Email the duly signed copy of the Loan Expenditure Requisition Form along with the copies of Government identity proof, Provisional Offer letter and fee receipts to int.sfs@jgi.ac.in so that we can send you the scanned copy of the "Loan Expenditure Certificate".
