Admission Procedure

The students interested to take admission in B.Tech must qualify 10 + 2 examination in Science stream.

Selections through WBJEE, WBJELET and AIEEE. For lateral students JELET is mandatory.
At first seats of the concerned streams (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, EIE) are approved by AICTE through extension of approval (yearly). The admissions are carried out after publication of WBJEE results. The Central Selection committees (CSC) call the students to appear before the selection committee for allotment of seats in the respective engineering colleges as per choice of the students /availability. After that the students are admitted to the concerned Engineering colleges.
