ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Undergraduate teaching in Ayurved was started in the year 2002 under Ayurved faculty, University of Calcutta. That is only Ayurvedic Course automatically affliated to West Bengal University of Health Sciences KOLKATA duly approved by Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi.
Hence West Bengal University of Health Sciences would be awarded Ayurvedacharya (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) Degree to all such candidates who will sucessfully complete the four and half years course and one year compulsary intership. The course of tha study has been prepared as per the guisde lines of C.C.I.M., New Delhi.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Minimum 50% in total marks of Higher Secondery. Should be Bioscience in your main stream.

Rajib Gandhi Memorial Ayurvedic Medical College, Kolkata is recognized by C.C.I.M., New Delhi duly affliated by University of Calcutta (2002 to 2004 march). Onwards under West Bengal University of health Sciences and having N.O.C. by the Government of West Bengal Department of Health and Family Welfare.
Well established 100 bedded Hospital with different departments including Matenity Unit, Medicine, Surgery, Operation Theater, Panchakarma etc.
All experienced M.D. (Ayurveda) teaching staff engaged in teaching and research. Medium of teaching- English.
HOUSEMANSHIP - It is compulsary to undergo training for one year after the completion of the course.
Degree - On the successful completion of the course the graduates will be awarded by B.A.M.S. (Ayurvedacharya) west Bengal University of Health Sciences.
DISCIPLINE: Students are expected to behave with dignity and decorum and in comfimity with discipline of the College.
