Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with at least forty (45%) percent marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and / or in the Master’s Degree or any other qualification equivalent there to, are eligible for admission to the programme.
The reservation in seats and relaxation in the qualifying marks in favour of the reserved categories shall be as per the rules of the concerned Government.

Admission Procedure

Admission shall be made on Merit on the Basis of Marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination and I or in the Entrance Examination or any other Selection Process as per the Policy of the State Government I.U.T. Administration and the University.

Affiliation

The College will be affiliated under NCERT, New Delhi and will be under the jurisdiction of University of Gour Banga. All students will have to undergo the Education Programme as per norms registered by the both, to say, the NCERT and the NBU.

Duration

B.Ed. Programme is of duration of at least One Academic Year or Two Semesters. New Academic Session normally starts from July of each year.
