Application Procedure
STEP 1 : DECIDING ON THE SUBJECT/S APPLYING FOR
Applicant should clearly understand the Eligibility Criteria and subject combinations being offered for the subject she is applying for.
Click ONLINE APPLICATION FORMS link and then select the subject.
The online application form for the subject will open.
STEP 2 : FILLING UP THE FORM AND SUBMISSION
IMPORTANT : You will require a printer to take print out of four(4) A4 size pages of the Registration Card and payment slips
Use CAPITAL LETTERS (Upper Case) to fill up the form
Do not Copy and Paste from external source.
Fill in the marks of subjects in both Section 1and Section 2 as required. For both Sections, read and follow the instructions carefully while filling in.
Fields marked with * are mandatory.
Mobile number is a must.
Please click the Submit button only once and wait for the generated Registration Card and 3-part Payment Slips to appear.
Check the details in the generated Registration Card before printing.
In case of any mistake in the entry, do fill up another form.
Note your Form Number, Mobile Number, Date of Birth and Name as provided during form fill-up. You will require them for login for the following features
- Print-out of Registration Card and two sets of payment slips at a later stage.
- Make online payments
- Check status of your application and payment
STEP 3 : PRINT-OUT
You will need four (4) A4 size pages to take print out of the Registration Card and payment slips.
- 2 pages :
Registration Card - 1 Page :
3 part Bank Challan for Application Form Payment at any of the United Bank of India ( UBI) branches - 1 Page :
3 part Bank Challan for Admission Fees Payment at any of the United Bank of India ( UBI) branches (only after selected by college for admssion)
STEP 4 : PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FORM
Application fees may be made either
- by cash payment at any of the United Bank of India (UBI) branches only or
- by online payment by Credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking
STEP 5 : ENGLISH HONOURS APPLICANTS ONLY
Applicants for English Honours have to sit for a written examination on 15th June, 2015. They are required to carry their Registration Cards.
Time : 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

STEP 6 : DECLARATION OF MERIT LISTS
First Merit List (Honours and General) will be published on 17th June, 2015 at 2:00 P.M.
Second Merit List (Honours and General) will be published on 2nd July, 2015 at 2:00 P.M.
STEP 7 : VERIFICATION AND COUNSELING
After declaration of merit lists, the college will announce the dates on which applicants will be asked to visit the college for verification and counseling.
Applicant's are required to carry the following :
- Original HS Marksheet
- Original Admit Cards( HS and Secondary)
- Original Caste Certificates (For SC,ST and OBC candidates)
- Print out of Application Form (Registration Card) with Passport size photograph
- Attested photocopies of Mark sheet, Admit Cards and Caste Certificates
- Income certificate of Father/Guardian
- Proof of payment for application
- Bank Challan if paid by cash at any at United Bank of India branches or
- Online payment receipt if paid online
STEP 8 : PAYMENT OF COLLEGE FEES AND ADMISSION
Only the applicants who are selected and approved for admission by the college are requested to pay the college fees within a specified date.
Payment of College fees can be made by :
- Cash Payment :
at any of the United Bank of India ( UBI) branches using the 3-part challan (set 2)
- Online Payment :
using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking
(do take printout of online receipt after successful payment)
NOTE :
The college is not responsible for any applicant
- who has made payment at any other banks other than of the United Bank of India (UBI) branches
- who has made payment of college fees (admission fees) either at bank or online, prior to declaration of selection list.
- who has made admission payment either at bank or online without being selected and approved by the college
PAYMENT METHODS
General Instructions
Application Fee is Rs. 160/- per form (inclusive of bank service charges).
Separate payments need to made for separate subjects applied for.
Filled-in forms will be validated only if payment is confirmed. Unpaid forms will be cancelled.
Payments made at non-designated banks and or after last date of payment will not be considered even if the bank accepts the payment.
The online application form will be accepted and registered by the College only after the College receives from the bank the intimation of the payment made by you.
Forms for which the application fee is not paid will not be registered.
Once the application fee is paid, no refund can be claimed for any reason what so ever.
Students should check their payment status on the College site two days after payment of application fees. If payment status is not confirmed even after payment of fees, then student must contact College as soon as possible.
Applicants, who will make cash payments at United Bank of India (UBI) branches, must carry the 3-Part Payment Slips to the bank for payment of application fees.
The 3-Part Payment Slips are not required for online payments.

Student should check her payment status on the site by 19th June, 2015.
If she finds that her status has remained unpaid even after payment at the designated bank, she must inform the College by 20th June 2015, 3:00 P.M.
Student may come to college for enquiry or make telephonic call strictly between 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. from 6th June, 2015 to 20th June, 2015.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. Cash Payment :
Application fees may be paid at any of the United Bank of India (UBI) branches.
The 3-Part Payment Slip is to be produced at the Bank while making payment for the online forms.
Applicant must ensure that the bank writes down her Application Form Number, Transaction Id against her name in the bank record.
The Bank will retain the Bank Copy of the Payment Slip and return the Applicant Copy and College Copy to the applicant.
After making payment at the bank, the student must preserve the Applicant Copy and College Copy of the Payment Slip carefully and produce it at the time of admission test (for English Hons. only), counselling and admission along with the Registration Card.
2. Online Payment :
Online payment can be made using "Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking"
Procedure for online payment:
Applicant will be required to log-in using your Form Number, Full Name, Date of Birth and Mobile number provided during the filling up the form.
Individual forms need to be paid separately.
The printed 3-Part Payment Slip is not required for online payment.
In case of online payment, do not forget to take a print out of the receipt / invoice generated.
