LIST OF RELEVANT DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

The following documents are to be produced along with the filled in forms at the time of Counseling & Admission :

• Original Admit Card of Madhyamik Pariksha or its equivalent examination for verification.
• Original Mark sheet of Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination for verification.
• Original Caste / Relevant Certificate from Competent Authority, if any, for verification.
• Two Passport Size photographs of the Candidate.
• Application Form & Challan Receipt Copy (duly signed & stamped by the bank) for the application fees for admission.
