M.A. Admission Notice 2015

Provisional Admission Policy for admission to 1st Year M.A.

(Affiliated to Directorate of Distance Education (DODL), University of Kalyani)

Academic Session 2015-2016

Students are advised to go through the notification mentioned below before filling in the Admission Form:

• A candidate may be admitted to the first year of two year Post-graduate course (M.A.) of studies in Bengali, English, History and Education of passing Under-graduate (1+1+1) Examination from any UGC recognised University.
• In order to pursue M.A. in any of the disciplines mentioned above, a candidate has Honours in the respective subjects or at least study the subject in the UG general course.
• In case of a candidate migrating from any other University, a Migration certificate is sought at the time of admission.
• In case of any unfair means adopted by a candidate, such as falsification of records, or anything violating the provisions of the university, the admission may be cancelled by the university at any time.
