The result of the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2017 is expected to be declared on January 9, 2018.
The official notification notified that the results will be out in the second week of January, 2018.

Candidates can check their results at the official website, iimcat.ac.in

Step to check result :

• Log on to the official website, iimcat.ac.in
• Click on 'CAT Results 2017' link
• Enter the necessary information
• Click on submit
• The result will be appeared on the screen
• Take a print out for future reference

Slot 1 Paper analysis :

The pattern of the forenoon slot of CAT 2017 was very much on the lines of CAT 2016 - the number of questions across sections remained the same as that of last year. This would have come as a huge sigh of relief for all aspirants as the conducting-IIM (in this case IIM Lucknow) had not disclosed the number of questions per section.

Slot 2 Paper analysis :

The pattern of the afternoon slot of CAT 2017 was similar to that in the morning slot and very much on the lines of CAT 2016. There were no surprises in the paper in terms of the pattern.
